  • Your request is made within 30 days of the original purchase date

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply:

  1. Send an email to uddipanbarman242@gmail.com with your Gumroad order number
  2. Include "Refund Request" in the subject line
  3. We will process your refund within 3-5 business days

Alternatively, you can request a refund directly through Gumroad's built-in refund system from your purchase receipt email.

3. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed through Gumroad and returned to the original payment method
  • Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider (typically 5-10 business days)
  • Upon refund, your license will be revoked and you should uninstall the theme

4. Non-Refundable Cases

While we aim to be generous with refunds, the following cases are not eligible:

  • Requests made after 30 days from the purchase date
  • The product was purchased from an unauthorized reseller
  • You have violated the Terms of Service (e.g., redistribution)
